• Support service reception for technical advice and conduct upfront diagnostic/test drives with customers.
• Recommends continuous areas of improvement on implementation of preventive and corrective actions/methods.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment and help to look after the welfare and interest of the workshop staff.
• Collaborate and Co-operate harmoniously with other BU/departments for the company’s common goal and objectives.
• Assist in other company’s requirements when directed and work within the authority of a Technical Executive. Perform work with due diligence on other projects and tasks assigned.

• At least 3 years in automotive trade service/ repair, with 1 year in a supervision position.

• NTC 2 in Automotive Technology (Light Vehicle) or higher educational level
• Experience in basic product training
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good management and supervisory skills
