As an Education Sales Consultant at ULC, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with expats and empowering them to achieve their language learning goals.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to prospective students and their families, both through outbound calls and face-to-face interactions, to understand their language learning needs and goals
• Present and promote our diverse range of language programs, highlighting their unique features and benefits
• Conduct in-depth consultations to assess students' language proficiency levels and recommend suitable courses
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve individual sales targets and maximize conversion rates
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience for students
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to position ULC as the preferred language education provider
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education or language training industry
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and achieving success
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills
• Proficiency in spoken Japanese and proficiency in both written and spoken English, with additional language proficiency considered a plus.
• Experience with Hubspot CRM systems or sales software is an advantage

Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality educational therapy to

neurodivergent children aged 1 to 10 and provide professional development training to

educators within our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct educational therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs, incorporating
• evidence-based practices.
• Design and lead teacher training workshops, emphasizing inclusive education strategies and
• behavioral management.
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans for neurodivergent students, focusing
