Responsibilities:

You will be primarily responsible for effective running of the training administration and assessment functions in the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC).

• Assist in the planning, coordinating, marketing and logistics for the smooth running of SMC training and events.
• Manage all funding related matters with SSG/WSG
• Maintain Learning & Training Management System (LMS/TMS) and SOPs for training operations and administration
• Assist in on-site management and quality control of SMC Training and Accreditation process, such as schedule classes, set up systems and equipment in ensuring smooth delivery of classes
• Reply to queries from the public on training and accreditation matters
• Perform quality checks on training materials
• Maintain records, documentation and database for programmes/initiatives.
• Prepare simple reports
• Work together with the rest of the team to review programmes and materials to ensure continued relevance and quality of curricula
• Assist in internal and external audit
• Any other work as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Higher Nitec or diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
• Experienced in running training programmes and/ or events;
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
• Competent in Microsoft applications, Skiletto and TPGateway preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Given this serious expansion plans, the Finance Director is looking to hire a dynamic, resilient and excel savvy Financial Analyst to support the FP&A team with adhoc analysis, reports and be the guiding light to the business.

Reporting into the FP&A Manager, your responsibilities will be as below:

• Support the monthly financial reporting and analysis function, forecast specific areas within the business, and manage ad-hoc data and financial analysis

• Analyze, track and report on all assigned key indicator and financial figures to compare to approved planning/forecasting benchmarks

• Collect, organize, analyze, interpret, and communicate financial data to assist the business with making key decisions

• Support the month-end financial reporting process including generating reports to ensure accurate closing of monthly financials and closing in-depth financial reporting

• Assist with the planning and execution of the corporate forecasting process, including monthly, quarterly reporting, the annual budget and long-range planning
