Key Responsibilities:

• To isolate, identify and investigate how probiotics can impact growth rate and health of fish in the aquaculture industry.
• Developing and formulating encapsulation systems for the delivery of probiotics
• Conduct growth trials and challenge tests with research collaborators to understand the impact of functional fish feeds vs existing feeds.

• PhD qualification with relevant research experience in Material Science
• The candidate will be hired in an aquaculture-related project that funded by a government agency.
