Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, physical abilities, and limitations.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle choices, and wellness practices to support their fitness journey.

Requirements

• Certification: Accredited personal training certification
• Experience: hiring individuals completely new to the job (Career switches, Fresh graduates, graduating soon)
• Skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, injury prevention, and passionate about training themselves.
• Work hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Other:CPR and First Aid certification

Weekend Shifts (Sat & Sun):

AM shift: 9am-12pm

PM: 1.30pm-7.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching Support:

• Able to guide students in accordance with PSLE and O level English and Chinese syllabus

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
• Address customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions to build and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including creating and scheduling social media posts.
• Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct basic research for market trends, competitors, and audience engagement strategies.
• Support the creation of simple marketing materials such as newsletters, flyers, and basic graphics (training can be provided if necessary).

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of customer queries and sales leads.
• Assist in managing online advertising responses and coordinating follow-ups.
• Provide regular updates and reports on customer feedback and campaign results.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Familiar with PSLE and O-level English and Chinese syllabus
• Need to be strong in taking social media visuals (photos and reels)
• Required to communicate and build relationships with parents and students
• Able to commit full days every Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 7.30 pm
• Coordinate with teachers, parents and students on timetabling and other operational, business and admin matters
• Advise customers on suitable courses, having sales experience will be a bonus
• IT savvy and well versed with Zoom, Google Meet and Google Workspace
• Able to relief English/Chinese classes when required
• Able to assist in all other ad hoc matters

• Salary Range: $2300 - $2800

• Working Location: Chinatown

Job Scope

• Greet customers.

• Promote menu items.
• Restaurant Daily Opening / Closing duties.
• Cashiering duties.
• Be able to handle your assigned table of customers confidently.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• 0 – 2 years related experience in F&B
