• Scheduling and coordinating training sessions, including arranging for trainers and training materials.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analyzing feedback from learners and trainers.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date training records, including attendance, feedback, and completion of training programs by the learners.
• Ensures that training programs comply with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety regulations and industry-specific requirements.
• Engaging new trainers and seeking new relevant courses through market research
• Ensure timely response to trainers’ and learners’ enquiries and quotations.

Requirements:

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities.

• Diploma/Degree Holders (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely and quality work
• Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skill to effectively communicate with the trainers and learners
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously and keep track of training records.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure that training materials are accurate
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with trainers and learners.
