A Student Care Teacher for Children with Special Needs, is responsible for providing support and specialized care to students with various disabilities, including physical, cognitive, emotional, or developmental impairments. They work to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that facilitates the social, emotional, and educational development of these students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Individualized Instruction: Develop and implement customized lesson plans and teaching strategies to address the unique needs and abilities of each student which include helping students to complete homework, learn spelling and etc.
2. Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Maintain detailed records of student development.
3. Behavior Management: Manage and address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support techniques, therapeutic interventions, and individualized behavior plans.
4. Personal Care: Assist students with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility support, as needed.
5. Communication: Facilitate effective communication and social interaction among students, encouraging peer engagement and language development.
