Responsibilities:

• You will provide administrative and logistics support related to the delivery of training programmes, as well as work related to the set up and migration of training data into a new Training and Learning management system.
• Support with the organisation of workgroup meetings
• Assist in managing the tender process for selecting the Training/Learning Management System (TLMS) vendor
• Coordination between the consultancy team, vendor, internal and external stakeholders in ensuring the timely delivery of deliverables and addressing any issues that arise

• Previous experience in policy operations, supporting the setup of training system, data management, or administrative roles is preferred
