• Maintain detailed system records (e.g., configurations, changes, problems, disaster recovery documents) for network devices.

Firewall and Network Device Management:

• Manage firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco FTD, Palo Alto), Nexus switches, and F5 Load Balancers.

Requirements Gathering:

• Gather business and application requirements to plan, design, install, test, and implement systems in line with specifications and service levels.

TSM/ITIL Alignment:

• Apply ITSM/ITIL methodologies in daily operations, including change, incident, problem, release management, and CMDB updates.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor system performance and availability proactively and implement corrective actions to enhance service levels.

Incident and Problem Resolution:

• Respond promptly to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions.
• Provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Service Continuity:

• Implement and maintain backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plans to ensure continuous business operations.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.

Job Description

1. Shall supervise all civil, structural including structural elements for Bridge / Viaducts, Roads, and specialist engineering works for compliance with the LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

2. shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work and project management work.

3. shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW), etc.

4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and maintaining of proper daily work progress record.

To assist in the daily production operation, ensuring schedules of customer is met.

Create and develop quality reports based on drawings

Maintain measuring instruments calibration list.
