Responsibility

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Leading product testing and failure analysis efforts to ensure quality and reliability.

• Conducting hands-on tests on switch mode power supply (SWPS) products, circuits, and components.

• Developing test plans and procedures.

• Designing test systems with software and hardware to achieve test automation.

• Collecting test data, generating test reports, and maintaining good documentation practices.

• Conducting FMEA to identify critical and high-risk electronic designs.

• Performing evaluation tests and risk mitigation.

• Conducting root cause analysis to identify failure mechanisms and derive countermeasures.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain the product lifecycle.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalents.

• 5+ years of experience in developing, sustaining, manufacturing, or testing on electronic products, especially power electronics.

• Fundamental knowledge of switch mode power supply – topology, characterization, testing, simulation, safety, and compliance regulations.

• Able to interpret schematics and circuits, understand component functions and analyze their electrical stresses.

• Experienced in qualifying electronic components and systems, understand common processes and methods in electronics design and manufacturing.

• Hand-on skills in environmental testing and test automation, lab equipment and instruments.

• Conversant with EDA tools with Altium highly desirable.

• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports and submit to CM
• In charge in the Inspection of Works and necessary approval by client side (QPS)
• If require any traffic, utility or such as diversion which is under his responsible and control in due time with safe manner
• Material Control
• Ability to use AUTOCAD for amending shop drawing
• Checking BBS which sent by Sub-con and co-ordinating with supplier until delivered to site
• Preparation of RFI for ongoing Construction works

Requirement:

• Preferably with LTA experience and familiar with LTA procedure
• Possess good analytical and communication skills
• Diploma Civil Engineering or above
