The Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department of National University of Singapore (NUS) is looking for applicants for research engineer positions to support 3D-IC package fault localisation and failure analysis (FA) techniques with ANSYS High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS). The applicant will work closely with our researchers to understand and derive insights from scientific experiments and data. Site Engineer – Mechanical maintenance

We need an independent, self-motivated site engineer for facilities construction projects with the follow qualification and experience.

1. Bachelor degree / Diploma in Mechanical engineering

2. Should have worked in a Facilities project for Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical or Chemical plants
