Job Scope:

• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters

Core Responsibilities:

• Involvement in project planning, monitoring project progress, and schedule.
• Coordinate with the client and subcontractors on all project aspects and if essential provide the technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.
• Preparation of Method Statement, Drawings, Risk Assessment, etc.
• Assist Project Manager in monthly progress claims and progress reports by the 3rd of every month.
• Ensure Supervisors and Foremen meet client and regulatory work requirements.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety, and Health practices are carried out at all times
• Attend all meetings at the site.
• Prepare and update project documents according to ISO Standard.
• Compile and submit Site Records and Daily Reports to QS in a timely manner.
• Keep track of work progress and material wastages at all times.
• Accept ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities delegated by the immediate supervisor

Technical Skills

• University degree in Civil Engineering preferred with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering works
• Strong knowledge in project engineering

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible to develop and review electrical design plans, specifications, and construction documents for the project.

· Assist Sr E&M Manager/E&M Manager/Sr E&M Engineer in oversight to the electrical design team, ensuring that electrical systems are designed and installed according to project standards and codes.

· Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that electrical systems are installed correctly and according to the design plans and specifications.

· Manage the commissioning and start-up of electrical systems and equipment, including testing and troubleshooting.

· Provide technical support to the construction team, including addressing technical issues, resolving conflicts, and managing change orders related to electrical systems.

Requirements:

· Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

· 5 years’ of TBM bored tunnelling experience.

· Experience in operating TBM will be preferred.

· Prior experience in working in construction site, especially in Civil Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Produces complete controls solutions and electrical design packages based on customer specification, and standardized design practices.
• Formulates and produces complete electrical design package such as detailed schematics, cable routing diagrams, panel layouts, bills of materials, and purchase of material.
• Designs and implements HMI or PLC programs specific to customer and project requirements.
• On site testing and commissioning (local & overseas).
• Document control, project monitoring and provide solution for any technical and functional problems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Control & Instrumentation/Electrical/IT Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Strong trouble-shooting, problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMI and VFD would be an advantage.

• Identify requirements and features for semiconductor equipment and create concepts and architecture of new equipment.
• Design mechanical systems which involve the selection and use of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, and valves.
• Responsible for design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and product requirements.
• Create a detailed Mechanical drawing and apply analysis tools like Fish Bone Diagram and FMEA.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Equipment Design.
• Familiar with 3D CAD software.
