In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Leads, designs and implements factory transformation program to improve quality, safety, cost and productivity.

· Works closely with cross-function collaborators and vendors on the technical requirements, developing solutions and new technology implementations.

· Establishes and conducts User Acceptance Test (UAT)/Manufacturing Verification Test (MVT) Plans and ensure successful site installation.

· Competence in the use of design software like Solidworks, AutoCAD, Pro-E, etc.

The specialization of this job role will enable mechanical & structural design initiatives.

Responsibilities

· Serve as local design lead for customized design and pre-sales proposal, platform design, design-changes, trials, and root-cause analysis.

· Own mechanical and structural analysis using CAE tools.

· Own basic on-site component and system level testing to support design and specification changes, coordinate validation testing for changes with global team.
