Job Description:
- Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customer needs.
- Act as a key communication link between customers and the workshop to ensure responsiveness.
- Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.
- Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Any other ad-hoc job assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
· Basic vehicle knowledge is required for this position.
· Great teammate with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning
· Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility
· Preferably, a valid class 3 driving license would be an advantage
