1. Provide TRAX technical system support to end-users. This includes assisting with access, system-related inquiries and issues.

2. Perform full testing of TRAX functionalities and enhancement before upgrading to new TRAX version.

3. Conduct trainings to all new TRAX users for formal introduction, briefing, tour and hands-on of the TRAX system.

4. Coordinates with TRAX USA for the resolution of system bugs, queries, update, review and evaluation of new functionalities and processing system modification.

6. Develop interim application program and reports generator system to our users in order to supplement their needs, which were not included in TRAX but will be integrated on the next upgrade of the said system.

Requirements:

3. Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, with a focus on TRAX modules (eMROWeb, Production Control Web, Task Control Web and Shop Control Web) would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• To further enhance Manufacturing Engineer capability in Engineering
• Oversee the Manufacturing Engineering activity in Engine Overhaul/Component Repair production areas. Act as Technical Authority, assuring the initial and continuing capability of the Production method to produce conforming product and ensuring the resolution of technical issues/problems/arisings to meet business and customer requirements for safety, cost, delivery rate and leadtime (SQCD). Reporting to Projects & Continuous Improvement Manager, the Accountant plays an integral role in Finance Division in ensuring projects align with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.

· Responsible for hardware and software setup assisting with installation / deployment of laptops, printer and other IT equipment including resolve issues encountered by users.

Reporting to Projects & Continuous Improvement Manager and working closely with respective Functional Managers, the Accountant plays an integral role in Finance Division in ensuring projects align with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.

Responsibilities

· Initiate, support and monitor systems and continuous improvement projects for the Division and ensure it aligns with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.

· Engage in system implementation of end-to-end processes relating to Record to Report, Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay

· Point of contact between appointed system implementor (SI), PMO, IT Departments of the company, Business Divisions and project team

· Lead/Prepare monthly Division Systems and Projects meetings.

· Responsible for and coordinates administrative matters of the Division and Project team.

Requirements

· CA/CPA with degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent preferred

Position Summary :

The Systems Engineering Manager is first and foremost a team manager and responsible for leading his team to the completion of engineering tasks within committed budgets, schedules and performance for successful bid and project delivery, through well-executed Work Package Management.

As such, the Systems Engineering Manager is responsible for his/her and his/her team’s completion of a set of engineering tasks within the committed cost, schedule, performance and quality.

To achieve this goal, he/she identifies the required skills, allocates responsibilities to the various individual contributors and leads these contributors as a team. For the team, he/she schedules, coordinates and monitors the implementation of tasks. The related tasks may cover the whole range (from research and advanced studies up to IVVQA) of system engineering activities.

The Systems Engineering manager is in charge of tasks focused on data and documents covering part or all the range of activities regarding customer needs, solution architecture, mission, function, architectural design, life cycle of the solution / product, requirements and specialty engineering

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

The Systems Engineering Manager responsibilities are as follows, he/she::

• Provides technical & engineering leadership on bids and projects;
• Leads his team in performing all engineering activities with a Lean engineering mindset and methodologies (in particular pulled flow, set-based design, Kanban / limited WIP, Kaizen, and Obeya), and implementing co-engineering wherever appropriate;
• Builds the overall solution strategy after understanding the solution’s needs;
• Ensures System Engineering activity management within constraints provided by approved architecture and design policy;
• Secures the engineering scope, plans and coordinates the whole system engineering activities within the constraints provided by the agreed architecture and design policy in order to satisfy customer requirements and ensures global development consistency;
• Defines the engineering’s PBS, WBS, OBS and associated tasks, tailors development process and ensures achievement of the development baselines (functional, allocated and product);
• Defines the Product Reuse Strategy, contributes to Product Line Development Strategy and updates the bid/project by proposing upgrades thanks to product enhancements;
• Manages Risks & Opportunities of design and development during bid phase, guarantees programme commitments, including those flown down to subcontractors and partners;
• Optimises technical work against costs, schedule and risks from design to validation and acceptance of the solution;
• Implements the decisions and actions coming from the Complexity Profiler analysis;
• Defines and tailors the engineering environment suitable for the Bid or the Project;

• Assure the RAM, Safety and Security (as appropriate for the domain / project / bid), providing input into defining and implementing RAM & Safety assurance and making sure that the RAM, Safety and Security assurance activities are conducted;
• Prepare production: Manage the availability of production equipment and tooling, develop the processes, adapt or procure the production and test equipment and tools;
• Participate in the production’s first article inspection (FAI) and the Internal Product acceptance
• Prepare the delivery of Customer Services: validate the objectives of the Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Testability studies, perform Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Testability (RAMT) studies, prepare the operations of the system;
• Manage the configuration of the system: create and approve baselines, perform configuration audits.

The Systems Engineering Manager may be asked to assume the following Roles: IVVQ Manager, Service Engineering Manager, and Configuration Manager.

Pre-requisite :

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related discipline (essential)
• Higher degree qualifications are desirable.
• Demonstrated engineering competencies required for qualification to INCOSE CSEP/ESEP (or equivalent, CSEP as a very minimum) are highly desirable
• Experience working on Transportation projects
• Experience working within a Systems Engineering lifecycle

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Senior Engineering role

Qualifications:

• Coordinate and assist the facility supervisor in the daily operation of the Mechanical & Electrical services
