Job Requirements

• PhD degree in chemistry, materials science and engineering, electric and computer engineering, or chemical engineering.
• Ample research experience in synthesis of nanomaterials and nanocomposites, perovskite solar cells, smart windows, neurocomputing
• Solid background/experience in materials for optoelectronics and memristors.
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong publication record
• Prior undergraduate and master students mentoring experience

Responsibility:

• To work closely with SQS in supervising and managing QS’ performance
• To prepare project costing
• To prepare and issue sub-contract to sub-contractor/ supplier
• To manage Project Change Request (PCR) for addition/omission of project funding
• Regular reporting of project account status, including costing, outstanding payment & etc
• Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered by QS / SQS and propose the effective solution approach

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Independent and a good team player
• A dynamic, positive and forward thinking personality will be essential
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience
