What you’ll do & learn

This postdoctoral position is focused on the development of a novel 3D-printed bone implant utilizing natural. Essential Experience

· Solid experience of managing the development of real time distributed complex software centric solutions in a safety critical environment

· Solid experience in total life cycle of complex software development, including processes and responsibilities at each stage in the cycle

· Solid knowledge and experience in Systems Engineering lifecycle (eg. EIA632, ISO/IEC15288)

· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders across a complex environment

· Solid eperience of leading and mentoring team of multi-skilled engineering team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

· Solid experience in upskilling and training new engineers

· Experience in managing software development projects using Agile methodologies and the ability to drive iterative development processes

· Strong experience of using Earned Value Management, Work Package Control and reporting, with exposure to scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera etc.)

· Financial / budgetary management of engineering work packages or tasks

We are seeking specialist to fill in the role of a Technical/Engineering Services Manager for waterproofing construction projects in Singapore. The successful applicant's primary responsibility is to provide support for Triflex waterproofing product application to all our customers. He will work closely with building contractors, engineers, site supervisors and facility managers to create solutions for waterproofing challenges and to demonstrate application techniques waterproofing projects. Qualifications Required

3. Extensive experience in handling waterproofing materials, application techniques, industry standards, as well as local regulations and building codes for waterproofing in Singapore.

4. Proven track record in working with project engineers, building contractors and property owners.

5. Able to understand shop drawings and specification documents.

6. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

7. A good command both spoken and written English as the job requires communicating with both local and regional (Asia Pacific) clients and business enablers. Knowledge of local language is an advantage.
