Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Business Development:
· Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and wholesale trade.
· Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and customer base.
2. Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
3. Market Analysis:
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
· Provide insights and recommendations for market entry strategies and product offerings.
4. Proposal Development:
· Prepare and present business proposals, tenders, and sales pitches tailored to client requirements.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client solutions and proposals.
5. Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.
· Share feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and processes.

Job Requirements
1. Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
· Relevant certifications are an advantage.
2. Experience:
· Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or wholesale trade industries.
· Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
