The ideal candidate is an active and engaging leader who will be responsible for getting future upcoming project for company and customer satisfaction levels are met. In addition, the ideal candidate possesses and should have outstanding knowledge of shipbuilding , conversion , modules and ship repairing works in order to proactively advise clients on requirements

Job Description

・Prospect, present, promote, propose, and sell company products to ship owners, ship management, ship operators and other clients in local and overseas market.

・To hunt, identify and develop potential new business opportunities.

・To handle sales enquiries, prepare quotation, QAP, drawings, specification & data sheets according to clients’ requirements and specifications.

・To work with sales team, internal and external stakeholders to achieve the required performance KPIs.

・To build and maintain client relationship and attend industry, company events or functions.

・Responsible for all technical matters and documentation.

・Attend and review enquiries and tender documents, its specification and documentation requirements.

・Prepare quotation, QAP, drawings, specification & data sheets according to clients’ requirements and specifications.

Job Requirement

・3 years of Sales related experience in Marine industry will be a must.

・ Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field

・Excellent interpersonal ,Good communication and negotiation skills for customers and suppliers

・Good attitude and team worker

・Able to commit to 5.5 days week

Job Description

• Required to do inspection for all materials and workmanship.
• Make sure that projects are strictly based on contracts and regulations.
• Ensure effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Ensure smooth timely delivery of project.
• Liaise with customers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare project schedules, reports catalogues and submissions.
• Manager project contractual terms and conditions.
• Manage project budget on costing materials and labor etc.
• Review monthly Fire Projection Advise with Managers.
• Submit job completion and monthly progress claims.
• Attend Site and Office Meetings and prepare progress report.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Must be accredited with IES and ACES
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills

HR Generalist / HR Executive

Salary: $3,000 - $3,800

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday)

Working Hours: 8.15am - 6pm

Location: Changi North

Responsibilities:

Payroll

• Checking of monthly attendance to ensure no errors for conversion in the payroll software
• Accurate calculation of overtime hours
• Administer accurate payroll generation
• Preparation of monthly payroll report to Finance
• Submission of CPF contribution
• Preparation of IR21 and IR8A submission when necessary

Recruitment

• Liaising with various recruitment agencies on shortlisting of candidates and coordinating interviews
• Responsible for all work pass matters not limited to application, issuance and cancellation
• Drafting of employment agreements and letters
• Conduct orientation for new hires, issuing of work passes and access cards
• Conducting of exit interview for resignees

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Actively engages employees to gather feedback on Company culture, work etc.
• Coordinates monthly birthday celebrations, and other ad-hoc projects as required
• Facilitates and plans Company Annual D&D

Learning & Development

• Consolidate all Departments training plan/needs and source for suitable courses accordingly
• Sign up employees for courses upon approval
• Responsible for the training providers' evaluation to ensure effective training is done
• Submission of training grants when necessary

Administration

• Maintaining of employee p-files and documentation
• Submission and monitoring of ESG grants
• Submission of levy waiver, NS makeup pay, maternity leave & paternity leave claim etc
• Monitoring of expiry dates of vendor contracts
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced environment
