Assistant System Engineer cum Administrator / 5 Days

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant System Engineer cum Administrator to join our team.

• To collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall employee experience within the realm of end user computing.

• Good analytical skills to create reports that provide insight to management for decision-making.

• Monitor camera system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes or enhancements.

• Manage day to day operations Infrastructure on Microsoft Platform, ERP System – ODOO and Inventory management system.

• Assist in designing, building and implementing API solutions and strategy for Thermal Images systems for Oil & Refineries Industries

• Assist in the complete software development cycle: Understand requirements, design, develop, test, automate and deploy software.

• Collaborate with product manager to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT related field of study.

• Strong fundamentals in software system engineering.

• Proficiency in database will be an added advantage.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Assisting in setting up the test equipment for production and engineering team.
• Handle all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Biomedical, Mechatronics
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work from 7am - 7pm

ERP/Finance Executive

Working hours: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm

Location: Kaki Bukit

Salary: up to 4k

Key Responsibilities & Job Description:

• Responsible for completion of ERP system upgrade & launch of eCommerce & Vendors portals.

• Co-ordinate data transfer from existing ERP to new ERP system, including preparation of opening balances, master templates, eCommerce database, etc; Users’ Training, User Acceptance Test, Go-Live & ensure smooth cut-off from the existing ERP.

• Responsible for the smooth functions of the ERP system, including liaising with IT hardware & software for related issues.

• Update of database & price tables, maintain inventory control management system, customers, suppliers, cash, margin analysis management modules within the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central), as well as eCommerce & Vendor portals.

• Ensure monthly correct posting of inter department transactions and transfers via the ERP system.

• Collate and analyze data from ERP system & eCommerce portal to map out information for management’s decision making.

• Submission of reports in compliance to governmental regulations & relevant grant bodies accordingly, such as quarterly GST return, etc.

Job Requirement:

• Accounts/Finance educational qualification

• Relevant work experiences especially in data migration for ERP/accounting system upgrade
