• Manage office equipment and stationery procurement
• Arrangement of flights, visas letters and hotel reservations for overseas travellers
• Coordinate company’s logistics matters for various stakeholders
• Facilitate submission of operations-related reports to Singapore and China HQ
• Manage corporate entertainment and office general operation

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
• Required skills: MS Office, MS Word
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
