• Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being completed according to specifications and quality standards
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and project teams, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Maintaining accurate project documentation including drawings, specifications, and project reports
• Ensure project delivery according to dateline given, ensure cost control and profitability of project
• Assist in site administration
• Preliminary design and budgeting for Design and Build tenders

Job Requirements

• Min. 2 years of related working experience in ACMV works
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems
• Good project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors and project teams
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
