Responsibilities

• Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day activities related to the construction of the project as designated by Project Manager
• Liaise with consultant for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Conduct inspection and checks on work performed by subcontractors
• Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations
• Prepare project-related reports and method statement for submission

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer, or recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least 3 years of experience in the construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in Engineering and construction industry
• Experience with LTA Project is an advantage, work location nearby Boon Lay MRT.

• Mentoring the progress and utilities team involved in the variety of LTA/MRT project.

• Develop designs of wet & dry utilities, utilities diversion schemes according to different standards and requirements.

• Propose circuit and line on each utility agency.

• Management of NCE and trial trench works for locating existing utility.

• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, sub-contractors and project site operation team to facilitate installation works and progress on site.

• Responsible for managing all aspect of utilities coordination works planning and technical co-ordination of all services installation work scheduling for LTA/MRT Project.

• Manage & monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements to get an approval for water, drainage and other major utilities diversion.

• Positive working attitude.

• Meticulous and detailed in work.

• Able to start work in short notice.

Job Requirement:

• At least Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Min 7 years experience in management of in engineering, project and maintenance management within food manufacturing industry
• Proven leadership experience in an engineering environment.
  Strong background in project management and delivering engineering solutions..
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated abilities to inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  Effective decision-making under pressure.

Position: Electrical SiteSupervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
• Responsible for general on site technical and engineering matters
• Liaise with Sub-Contractors & Consultants, Client and other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
• checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• maintaining quality control procedures
• Overall projects planning, schedulling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.
• Ensuring & assessing site safety to minimizing risk
• Other adhoc assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School or above qualifications such as Diploma, Advance Diploma in Engineer / Building
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably candidate specialized in Electrical Engineering
• Teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
• Will be based at Tuas Site
