Site Admin:

- Support the Site Project Manager on all site administrative works

- Format letters of reports needed for project progress submission

- Manage the document control systems e.g. filing, tracking of all incoming and outgoing document correspondences and transmissions for both electronic and hardcopy.

- Application of training courses for workers and submit training course approvals to HR

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Recognized Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, with at least two (2) years of relevant working experience in railway maintenance/ workshop, or
• Recognized Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, with at least five (5) years of relevant working experience in railway maintenance/ workshop.

Qualifications

The Deputy Contracts Manager is responsible for all cost and contractual issues on Main contract as well as Sub-contracts connected to the project.

A summary of the responsibilities for this position is, and not limited to, as follows:

• Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors

• Attend technical meetings to keep abreast of design development issues and provide cost escalation alerts.

• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
