• · Sales skills, research, and presentation on possible solutions for MNC and SME entities.
• · Interactive and experiential lighting setups for creative marketing agencies (local/overseas opportunities)
• · A fast-paced, high adrenaline environment, challenging timelines, and deliverables are to be expected.
• · Performing high-level data gathering, SWOT analysis, industry trend identification, digital marketing
• · External: Sourcing, purchasing, conduct due diligence on product, suppliers, and their processes
• · Enhance operational capability, improve internal processes, and getting relevant productivity and quality control certificates
• · To consolidate/document down the knowledge in lighting hard-wares and relevant technologies that complements lighting and visual displays.
• · Being with a consultancy firm, you will gain knowledge of how consultancy works are strategized, developed, and executed from top level down

Requirements:

• Must be able to commit for 4-6 months.
• 5.5 days work week
• Background in electrical, electronic, software engineering, architecture and design will be necessary
• Students should be from local Singapore polytechnics or universities

Roles and responsibilities

· Assist SPM/PM in execution and managing day-to-day activities

· Monitor work progress in relevance to project schedule

· Coordinate & liaise with clients and site team to ensure the works are performed in accordance with specification & drawings

· Conduct and attend site inspections

· Assist in the requisition of materials, and ensure timely delivery and mobilisation

· Maintain project database and record keeping of all construction documents

· Prepare progress details, estimations and any other reports as required

· Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements

· Any other ad-hoc duties

· Will be located at site office and may need to travel to different sites

Skill set

· Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of discipline

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore construction industry (preferably in civil field)

· Proficient in English, MS Office, AutoCad

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

· Self-motivated and able to complete task independently under tight deadline

· Good team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set times and expectations

· Willingness to learn & grow and able to work under stress
