• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore, including recruitment, internships, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, payroll, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring compliance with Singapore labor laws and other applicable regulations.
• Support the Group HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies while ensuring adherence to these policies and practices within the Singapore office.
• Collaborate with the MY Assistant HR Manager to meet all staffing and onboarding requirements for both SG and MY executives and workforce.
• Partner with the SG HR & Admin Team to roll out the new HRIS for Group HR operations across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Assist with internal audits and tasks related to regulatory compliance.
• Foster a cohesive company culture aligned with the group's core values and mission, ensuring consistency in employee engagement and workplace practices.
• Undertake any additional assignments as directed by Senior Management or the Group HR Manager.

Requirements:

• With Diploma or Higher in related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in related working experience.
• Well-versed in MS Office Applications.
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Supervision of major controls installations

- To ensure that the relevant installation drawings are accessible at the point of use

- To supervise & ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings & specifications

- Coordinate with other disciplines to meet schedule

- Prepare & submit site progress reports & other necessary project documentation

- To oversee the testing & commissioning of electrical works

- To troubleshoot controls & electrical equipment

- To compile & provide method statements, Risk Assessments, layout details & shop drawings, Operational Manual for Client review & approval

- Attend meetings & conduct site inspection with relevant parties to resolve technical/site issues

- Attend site walks to ensure all works are in accordance with safety procedures

- Ensure timely handover of project works

- Other project-related tasks as deemed necessary

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

- Min.3 years of working experience in electrical scope in construction industry

- Technical knowledge fr High & Low Voltage Electrical Systems from Preliminary Design to Commissioning and Handover will be an added advantage

- Good Knowledge of Singapore Standards or Code of Practice

- Good knowledge of electrical controls & AUTOCAD

- Able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment

- Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking site workers, subcons/vendors

Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
