Job Scope :

1. To assist Project Manager in project planning/scheduling by using Microsoft Project or any other project management software that specified in the project specification

2. To manage the project’s drawing office and to prepare workshop drawing schedule

3. To coordinate with architectural, M&E coordinators and sub-contractors in the workshop drawings preparation

4. To liaise with sub-contractors/suppliers on the structural materials proposal

5. To organize and manage in seeking consultant’s approval on workshop drawings and materials proposed

6. To manage in technical documents distribution control to ensure that drawings and other technical information used in the project site are the latest approved copy

7. To organize and carry out self-inspection

8. To monitor and control sub-contractor/suppliers performance and to ensure works are being carried out according to the time allocated and to the required quality standards

9. To assist Project Manager in preparing progress report, Power-point presentation, etc.

10. To ensure that all WSHE aspects and measures at site are fully complied with

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications

· Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents

· Manage a team and work closely with consultant, sub-contractor and main con

· Lead in the investigation/troubleshoot of civil works fault or failure and provide effective and variable corrective and preventive action.

· Prepare documentation pertaining to procedures, qualities and safety of maintenance work with appropriate Risk Assessment and comply with BCA requirements.

· Coordinate relevant stakeholder to ensure smooth completion of project

· To manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress.

· Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.

· Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and to ensure targeted completion dates are met

· Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors on the project related matters

· Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability and performance are aligned with the schedule.

· Ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations

· Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by your Superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 3 years working experience in civil construction project in Singapore

· Experience in supervising piling construction and steel structure erection works

· Able to plan and coordinate site construction activities, liaise with subcontractors

· Coretrade Supervisor (Structural) holder is a plus

· Possess good computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excels etc.

· Able to work independently and be a team player

· Willing to work in any part of Singapore and Jurong Island

· Willing to work beyond normal working hours and Sunday/PH

• Conducts periodic servicing and maintenance of the fire protection systems at the customers’ facilities

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering discipline
• Possess good customer service attitude
• Good working attitude and good team player
• Excellent skills in communication and collaboration
• Possesses a valid class 3 driving license would be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage few teams of supervisor for daily work activities.
• Liaise with Client, Internal staff and Sub-con on daily activities.
• Manage work progress of the work activities.
• Prepare site team with necessary tools, Equipment, PPE and procurement of them.
• Preparation of monthly laterals logging update and claims documents to QS for submission to client.
• Report and discuss to Project Manager on site issue and propose suggestion to mitigate and improvement if any.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare method statement, shop drawings, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors.
• Assist the Project Manager on all M&E matters.
• Hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
