Roles and Responsibilities
• In charge of Construction Planning, Programme Scheduling and Tracking of Project.
• Overseeing the reporting of the 3 month rolling program, 4 week rolling program, trend charts, manpower plan, equipment plan to LTA and Construction Team.
• Progress tracking and Delay Analysis for reporting in Korean to Korea HQ.
• Coordinate with design and operation teams for construction activity, project status, manpower plan, equipment plan, etc.
• Responsible for Monthly Progress Claim, Monthly Cash Flow, Projection and Monitoring and reporting to LTA.
• Subcontractors’ claims evaluation and checking on the completed/delivered work quantity.
• To oversee and fulfil the planning & procurement of materials / equipment / special requirements for the Project.
• Responsible for coordinating with project team and suppliers/vendors to ensure delivery goods are in line with internal requirement in terms of quality, specification and on-time delivery.
• Evaluation and negotiation/comparison of material pricing and equipment purchasing.
• Periodic review of vendors’ performance and ensure accurate information regarding order lead times and delivery dates are communicated
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Civil or relevant Engineering
• Primavera P6 version 8, Microsoft Office
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction planning and programme coordination for major infrastructure projects and with experience in the use of Primavera.
• Experience in Infra-structure project more than 200million.
