We are seeking an Electrical Schematics Drafter to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for our projects. This role involves working closely with engineers, project managers, and the team to ensure that all electrical designs are accurately documented and represented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams for unmanned surface vessel (USV) projects using SolidWorks Electrical
• Create detailed wiring harness diagrams for harnesses within the system, ensuring accuracy of drawings
• Update and revise existing electrical schematics as required based on specific project requirements, product upgrades, or process improvements
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, project managers to clarify drawing requirements and resolve design issues
• Maintain documentation related to electrical systems, including Bill of Materials (BoM), wiring diagrams, harness diagrams
• Ensure proper archive of documentations for future reference
• Assist in the installation of electrical systems as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Electrical Drafter or Designer, specifically with SolidWorks Electrical or similar ECAD software, and a strong background in creating electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Proficiency in SolidWorks Electrical
  • Basic understanding of electrical symbols and schematics
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical and other drafting tools is an advantage
• High attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate, high-quality electrical drawings and schematics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Good problem-solving skills and strong reasoning ability
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to travel as needed

1. Consult with clients and understand their requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services

· Documentation of method statement and work procedures

· Review and monitor site construction activities programme to ensure work completion as scheduled

· Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services

· Preparation of design construction drawings

· Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers

· Attend site meetings and inspections.

Requirements

· Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline

· Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services will be an added advantage

· 3 years working experiences in similar position with relevant design and installation knowledge preferred but fresh graduate may apply

· Excellent interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented

· Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment

Postion : Testing and Comissioning Engineer

Duration: Min. 1 year (with possible extension)

Job Description

Detailed Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support software verification and validation processes.
• Participate in onsite activities including system installation, system configuration, and pre-on-site test activities.
• Lead assigned dedicated work scope of Test and Commissioning (T&C).
• Participate and coordinate on-site test and commissioning activities with customers as witnesses.
• Conduct all required test procedures, methodologies, and equipment testing activities related to the project to obtain sign-off from the customer.
• Prepare technical proposals (testing and commissioning) for submission to regulatory authorities.
• Arrange all test equipment required for testing in coordination with the site manager and team leader.
• Mobilize required test equipment and ensure readiness for testing.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers on the application of Permit-To-Work for testing activities.
• Document and communicate procedures, configurations, and standards effectively.
• Prepare and compile test reports for submission to customers.
• Prepare and draft Method Statement Risk Assessment.
• Supervise and monitor site test activities for each specific T&C work.
• Provide support to team leaders and site engineers for all safety-related requirements.
• Develop test plans and test procedures for Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Interface Tests (IFT), and System Integration Tests (SIT).
• Plan scheduling and job allocation for activities in coordination with the planner.
• Participate in technical discussions and report preparation.
• Organize training programs.
• Maintain and ensure the site is clear and tidy after each deployment.
• Troubleshoot and create tools to resolve incidents.
• Strive to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and availability of systems by applying software engineering practices and implementing application monitors and alerts.
• Be proactive in helping the team in any other areas within the scope of the software development life cycle.
• Handle ad hoc work, including administrative support, special projects, and on-site assistance, requiring flexibility and quick task adaptation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a railway environment.
• Proficiency in Linux operating system internals and network concepts.
• Experience developing tools using scripting languages such as Python.
• Ability to learn new technologies in complex operational control systems.
• Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of drive.
• Able to understand the regulation and requirements of local electrical practices and regulatory requirements.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to prepare test procedures and relevant technical documents.
• Ability to learn and perform cut-in/cut-out of circuits for new systems or reroute cables/systems requiring T&C.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and on-call duty.

• To identify and resolve potential design related issues during construction phase;

• To ensure that the design intent is translated to construction on site by means of correct drawings and specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant design management/coordination experience on projects similar in nature to the Works in the civil contract including design experience in geotechnical works for deep excavation foundation works for tunnel and/or viaduct/flyover project

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Candidates with strong relevant years of experience will be considered for senior roles
