Job Description:

• Conduct training for new staff on product knowledge.
• Perform quality audits on customer transactions i.e. monitoring of phone calls, emails, web chats, data entry and other transactions handled by the call centre representatives.
• Align, review and improvise on internal quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct training for Team Leaders on transaction monitoring.
• Calibrate transaction monitoring with assessors.
• Supervise transaction monitoring.
• Design and implement quality processes jointly with relevant business units.
• Recommend appropriate training, tools and develop methods to ensure superior level of service delivered by the call centre.
• Perform checks on the efficiency and effectiveness of quality processes.
• Analyse data relating to quality audits, customer feedback and work with relevant business units to improve service quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend changes/enhancement for continuous improvement.
• Align internal service standards with industry benchmarks.
• Increase staff recognition through various national and industry certification programmes and company reward and recognition programme.
• Enhance service excellence by recommending and implementing national and international quality frameworks in the organization.
• Administer Customer Feedback procedures of the company.
• Conduct Internal Quality Audits in compliance with ISO.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in customer service related field or call centre environment.
• Candidate with ACTA/ACLP will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience in quality assurance or similar capacity.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Project planner to oversee and manage the entire Planning/Scheduling for Brownfield Project.
• Knowledgeable in resource planning.
• Well-versed with Microsoft Excel/Primavera P6 and is able to ensure that all project delays are accounted for and reported accordingly
• Must be well versed in planning commissioning, qualification and validation.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Certified WSHO and ECO from MOM and NEA requirement

JOB DUTIES:

1. Assist Project Manager to identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace

2. Conduct site safety inspection and enforce compliance of prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations

3. Conduct Monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues

4. Regular inspection on the construction site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environment health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard.

5. Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MoM Regulations.

6. Attend to all feedback on such irregularities and inform the occupier of the construction site accordingly.

7. Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability.

8. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

1. lifting and moving materials around a construction site as safely and efficiently as possible.
2. Conducting machine safety checks each day.
3. Work in compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
4. Prepare and update daily log of material transportation which includes the position of materials and type of materials.
5. Present the day to day report to the Site Supervisor and Project Engineer.
6. Employ levers, pedals, and buttons efficiently.
7. Ensure all loads are in accordance with crane limits.
8. Assemble and set up crane towers at the Construction sites.
9. Maintain heavy lifting cables on a uniform basis.
10. Stay updated about your knowledge of crane functions and its operations.
11. Operate Tower crane as per the deployment schedule assigned by the Managers/Supervisors ;
12. To carry out daily checks of the assigned vehicle to ensure safe lifting operations at all time ;
13. Maintain assigned crane in clean and tidy working condition ;
14. Perform risk assessment of surroundings and goods to be lifted so as to ensure that the lifting operations can be carried out safely.

• Co-ordinate, program and monitor site work, material and workforce
• Attend site meeting and resolve technical issue with main contractor or consultant
• Implementation of Cost, Quality, Productivity, Safety and Health control on site
• Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed and maintained
• Able to produce working and As-built drawing including O&M manual
