Inventory and Resource Management:

Assist in managing inventory levels for supplies, tools, and equipment required for facility maintenance.

Ensure that maintenance resources are available and ready for use when needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.

Knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Reports to Administrative Manager
• Inspect, clean, and maintain air conditioning units in the site office to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain site office electrical systems, repair faults, and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage and maintain the generator for consistent power supply, including fuel checks and routine servicing.
• Replace and maintain lighting fixtures in the temporary office as needed.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs for the overall upkeep of the temporary office, including basic plumbing, and other maintenance tasks.

Position: Pest Control Technician

Job Scope:

• Conduct pest inspections and assessments in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Apply pest control treatments using appropriate methods such as spraying, fumigation, or baiting.
• Identify pests and the sources of infestation, providing recommendations for preventing reoccurrence.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Keep accurate records of treatments, inspections, and pest activity.
• Communicate with clients regarding pest control methods, treatment schedules, and safety precautions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the safe use of pesticides and chemicals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on pest control methods and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pest Control Certification
• Prior experience in pest control is preferred
• Knowledge of various pest species and control methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good physical condition, able to handle the physical demands of the job.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.
