* Min Diploma in Building / Construction

* Min 3 years experience in landed residential houses

* Proven experience as construction project manager or site Manager

* Understanding of construction procedures & sequence and project management

* Familiarity with Quality of works and MOM-Health and Safety Standards

* Good knowledge of MS Office + MS Project

* Able to prepare Master Programme & schedule

* Good communication and able to lead site Meeting .

* A team player with leadership abilities.

* Familiar with Authorities requirements & regulations .

We are currently looking for Mechanical/Process Engineers to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the enforcement of safety protocols throughout all on-site operations, including pre-planning, reviewing safe work plans, preparing site work documentation, and monitoring safe work practices during execution.
• Confined Space Training/Experience is required.
• Securing project deliverables according to contracts with clients and vendors and fulfilling responsibilities outlined in the Project Execution Plan.
• Reviewing site activity plans, assisting in resolving scheduling conflicts, and prioritizing work fronts.
• Enhancing project productivity through the utilization of established processes and tools.
• Managing changes in scope and effectively communicating these to the client Project Team.
• Maintaining communication channels and documenting all on-site activities as per the Project Communication Plan.
• Must have mechanical/process equipment installation experience.
