Responsibilities:

To assist the Project Manager on project site work by focusing mainly on the aspects of construction, safety quality management, and project coordination of projects and maintenance works and to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time and budget.

Prepare method statements, design plans, and specifications.

Liaise with the stakeholders (e.g. clients, authorities, consultants) on permits, drawings, and design matters.

Develop projected milestone and operational plans for different phases of the project which includes scheduling, monitoring and reviewing of the work of others.

Determine project requirements and estimate resources such as manpower, materials and equipment.

Ensure that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities.

Ensure project meets dateline/schedule, safety & quality standards of client’s requirements. Support contract administration and construction inspection by reviewing final plans, specifications, special conditions, and agreements.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), or equivalent.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Engineering Assistant (Assembly/AutoCAD/Technical Drawing)

Resident Technical Officer (RTO-Architectural)

f. Shall be continuously under employment under any

Site Administrator

Resident Engineer (RE-Geotechnical)

a. Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil and/or geotechnical engineer, of which at least 3 years shall be in design/supervision of works in projects similar in size and complexity; in particular major construction works in cut and cover tunnels, deep excavation and foundation, ground improvement and works such as

installation of monitoring instruments and collation of monitoring data;

b. Possess a civil and structural/Geotechnical engineering degree

recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore;

c. Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers

Singapore;

d. Lead C&S site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), SRE, the project consultants and FUI owners. He must possess good leadership qualities, organisational and inter-personal

skills;

e. Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission

of progress report;

f. Possess strong supervision and leadership skills;

Planner

a. The Planner shall possess at least ten (10) years of relevant construction experience with at least 7 years of experience in development and/or review of project schedules for every phase of the construction project

lifespan by using Primavera P6;

b. The Planner shall possess a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering

or relevant discipline;

c. The Planner shall have experience in scheduling for projects of similar

scale, complexity and nature of works;

d. The Planner shall possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Word; in addition, the Planner

shall also be proficient in Primavera P6;

e. The Planner shall be able to work independently, a strong team player

and to handle fast paced projects;

f. The Planner shall have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels

and have good presentation skills.

Project Safety Manager

a. Minimum 10 years of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) experience in the construction industry, preferably 5 years with developer/main

contractor.

b. Minimum 5 years of WSH experience in deep excavation works.

c. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team of site safety

personnel.

d. Possess Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health Disciplines, or

related qualifications.

e. Registered with MOM as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer

(WSHO) and has been practising as WSHO for at least 5 years.

f. Has obtained certificate in development of a Risk Management

Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent.

g. Has obtained certificate in DfS appreciation course.

h. Good communication skills and a competent team leader

i. Conversant with all procedures in Workplace Safety & Health Manual. To make conscious effort to be constantly updated on any subsequent revisions to the above-mentioned manuals, procedures and all

Assistant Safety Manager

Document Controller

a. Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in registry and document management. He/she shall have strong communication skills,

d. Good working knowledge of MS Office, and adept at spreadsheets and

b. Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the

Professional Engineers Board of Singapore;

c. Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore;

d. The SRE shall be proficient in contract administration with Public Service

Sector Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC);

e. Demonstrate capability to manage the Supervision team to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo) and/or the project consultants and FUI owners, including planning the roster shift duties based on the work schedules of the contractors and ensure the welfare of the personnel reporting to him are well taken care

of. The shift roster shall comply with all relevant Acts and Regulations;

f. Past project experience in leading supervision teams in projects of similar nature. He/she must demonstrate proven commitment to safety and health on site, possess excellent leadership qualities, organisational and inter-personal skills;

Ship Repair Supervisor

• Location: Penjuru lane ( Transport provided at Jurong East)
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Salary: $2,700 - $3,500

Job Responsibilities:

• To fulfil ship repair jobs afloat or shipyard
• Carrying out maintenance, service and repair of all mechanical equipment (Diesel Engines, pumps, gearboxes, couplings, alternators, hydraulic system, deck machinery etc) on board all vessels as assigned.
• Troubleshooting all the mechanical equipment on board vessels.
• Jobs involved engine equipment removal, reinstallation, servicing, repair and reconditioning, commissioning activity.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and cleanliness in the workshop.
• Managing team and delivering ship / shipyard schedule required.
• Carrying out any retrofit job for new equipment installation on board vessels.
• VSCC meeting, permit to work system, and trade certificates are required
• Managing of workforce and job, writing job completion report, submitting cost evaluation, liaise with owners representative, and always have to follow company SOP.
• Any other duties as assigned by ship repair manager and management.

Job Requirements:
