Job Requirements

• Min 3 years in precast work planning, coordination is a must.
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board Singapore or Building Construction Authority Singapore is a must.
• Min 3-5 years of Civil Engineering Experience
• Required skill(s): Precast will be preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• BCSS or equivalent
• Able to start work on short notice
• Candidates will also be considered for Project Engineer (Planning- Civil Engineering) position based on education level and working experience.

• To plan, coordinate and execute quality assurance and quality control of project.
• To ensure all products are executed in accordance to contract specifications.
• To liaise and coordinates with suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure quality control.
• Facilitate in monitoring material status updates and traceability records while maintaining scheduled workload.
• To conduct QC inspection and record on all the incoming materials.
• To record all inspection results in the appropriate inspection records.
• To highlight to superiors all non-conformities found during inspections.
• Facilitate on off-site inspection/ sampling / testing and submission of materials
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment and aiming for zero accident
• Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• To prepare all the Quality-related reports.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

• Design & model 3D skid system, skid structure, piping GA and other not mentioned shop drawing (cutting plan) for fabrication purpose.
• Maintain proper record for drawings and information.
• Proficient in operating CAD drawings software and drawing construction detailed design.
• Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Engineer.
• Reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors before being sent to productions, vendors, engineers, etc.
• Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• Systematically saving sketches and drawings on CAD library, keeping the server organized; updating files as jobs progress and revisions are made.
• Continually create, edit, and update standard details for use in projects.
• Complete task assigned by superior and performing other relevant duties when needed.

Job Description

· Operate lorry crane in safe manner.

· Able to operate with 45 tons lorry crane.

· Perform basic and upkeeping of vehicle, daily routine inspection of crane safety devices, load indicators in good, clean and safe conditions before and after any lifting operations.

· Able to assist in loading and unloading of materials and machinery.

· Comply with all road safety, traffic regulations, safe work practices, site safety.

· Report any issues or repairs needed.

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

· Possess valid Singapore Driving License Class 4.

· Possess valid WSQ Lorry crane operator certificate.

· Must have a clean driving track record.

· Having minimum 3 years of lorry crane driving experience in construction industry.

· Able to work independently, good work attitude & good teamwork.
