Responsibilities

• Maintenance of invoices i.e. scanning, updating and posting of invoices in system
• Processing of payments to vendors and perform bank reconciliation
• Liaison with vendors for missing invoices/payment status
• Attach daily bank advice in accounting system
• To perform ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• O Levels/ LCCI / Certificate / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1 year of related experience

Lorry / Truck Driver

10ft, 14ft and 24 ft lorry

Delivery/ Moving machinery in whole Singapore

Local or PR

Monday to Friday 09 to 06pm

Saturday 09 to 02pm

Physically strong, big size

Any nationalities

Overtime OT
