Job Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and offering tailored solutions
• Explore new market segments and potential partnerships to expand company’s client base and system solutions
• Collaborate with proposal team to create compelling proposals and presentations

Proposal and Contract Management

• Assist in the development of proposals. Working in conjunction with the proposal and/or engineering teams
• Present proposals to clients and address any queries or modifications
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements

Technical Expertise

• Maintain understanding of water treatment technologies, applications and industry trends
• Communicate technical details and benefits of proposed water treatment solutions to client effectively

Client Relationship Management

• Act as primary contact point for clients, addressing inquiries providing information and managing client expectations
• Continuously assess client satisfaction and seek opportunities or additional services

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferably in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences
• Proven experience in sales, business development or proposal engineering within the water treatment or related industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of water treatment process, heat/energy recovery including but not limited to filtration, desalination, wastewater treatment, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work on own initiative
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
