Responsibilities

• Able to use primavera 6 and Microsoft project for project scheduling
• Gather pertinent data, perform related calculations and analyse schedule impact, include critical path method (CPM).
• Produce and maintain the good quality work on project schedule, inclusive frequent updating project schedule with physical site progress

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support for daily operational issues.

Established in 2010, the Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) is a pan-university research institute that focuses on systems-level research for tropical megacities. It performs translational research that covers the energy value chain from generation to innovative end-use solutions, motivated by industrialisation and deployment.

In 2021, Enterprise Singapore, the national standards body for Singapore, had appointed ERI@N as a Standards Development Organisation (SDO) to develop and promote standards under the Electrical and Electronic Standards Committee. This includes standards supporting emerging areas such as renewables -offshore wind/marine & solar energy, secondary batteries and cells, solid state transformers, electrical energy storage systems, and smart grids. We also work with regulators and the industry on standards for electrical installations, building & services and safety and effectiveness of electrical products and services.

Core expertise:

Project management responsibilities include managing the identification, development and promotion of standards meeting key requirements set by Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG). These include supporting standards committees under the management of ERI@N in their standard development and promotion work to ensure timely and successful delivery of new and reviewed standards. The PM should have a background in business skills, project management, budgeting, analysis and stakeholder management. These will include managing the preparations for meetings, capturing key comments, discussions and edits, conducting public consultations, addressing public comments, preparing draft standards for publications.

Standards promotion

This could include standards launches, case studies, seminars and workshops. The PM is also expected to develop suitable presentation materials for these events.
• Work with standards committees and EnterpriseSG on verification studies to quantitatively evaluate the adoption of standards by key stakeholders.

SDO administration

• Assist Head, SDO and colleagues to manage the SDO budget to ensure budget marksmanship are met.
• Ensure procurement guidelines for EnterpriseSG and NTU are complied with.
• Assist Head, SDO in preparation of SDO progress reports to EnterpriseSG, the Singapore Standards Council and ERI@N management.
• Assist Head, SDO in audits concerning the operations and financial issues of the SDO.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing or establishing that a welding procedure is available, has been approved as

required by the appropriate authority and is being employed in production.

• Advanced certifications in specialized diving techniques (e.g., underwater welding, inspection) are a plus.
• Experience operating underwater equipment, such as remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) or underwater cameras, is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong references from previous employers or diving instructors.

PROJECT ENGINEER will be under service line, the appropriate quality check, the compilation of accurate and customized results reports and other deliverables.Working in workshop and vessels.
Good communication skills with Ship Owners and Superindents.
Good time Management and work Independently.
To perform any other duties & Responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.
Ability to demonstrate and implement cost -saving measures.
Ability to lead to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.
Requirements:- Min 5 Years experience .- Knowledge of MS office.- Able to work OT.- Excellent coordination skills.-
