Requirements:

• Oversee construction sites to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, conducting hazard assessments, risk evaluations, regular inspections, and maintaining safety programs.
• Collaborate with the site foreman to organize construction activities on site, providing regular updates to the project manager.
• Coordinate and manage Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) site works during building construction.
• Ensure timely completion of all M&E works, adhering to established standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E activities at the construction site, ensuring seamless integration with other construction processes.
• Monitor and evaluate progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to established standards and regulations.

Job Descriptions:

· Create accurate and organized structural Revit (BIM) models and/or AutoCAD drawings

· Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings according to requirement

· Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.

· Develop and maintain office BIM/CAD standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.

· Work productively and coordinate activities on numerous projects concurrently.

Job Requirements:

• Oversee maintenance and instrumentation activities in manufacturing plants to ensure safe and smooth operations.
• Coordinate and execute major field maintenance projects, prioritizing worker safety and facility integrity.
