As the Software Engineering Manager, you will bring over a decade of experience to oversee a team of professionals, deliver high-quality solutions in building management systems, and ensure successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include below:

• Oversee a multi-disciplinary team of developers, engineers, specialists and technicians to deliver high-quality Building Management System (BMS) software solutions.
• Managing the overall project life cycle including development, implementation, testing, and commissioning and maintenance.
• Leading the integration of building services such as Electrical, HVAC, fire protection, into IBMS using protocols like Modbus, OPC, BACnet, SNMP, REST API, Kafka, MQTT.

• Strong experience in client engagement, attending meetings, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

• Familiarity with inspection equipment, statistical tools, Geometric Dimension and Tolerance knowledge will be an advantage
• Able to use microscope for inspection and verification.
