Job Requirements:

• Willing to relocate in Singapore & visit construction site
• Possesses a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Have knowledge in the preparation of engineering project proposals and method statements
• Able to understand the drawings and scope of works
• Can work independently and willing to learn
• Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems on-site
• Ensure piping installations meet project specifications, codes, and standards
• Address any on-site technical issues related to piping and provide solutions
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of piping work
• Conduct inspections and tests on piping systems and prepare documentation
• Maintain records of piping activities, including work progress, testing, and inspection reports
• Any duties to be assigned from time to time

Pre-requisites

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Candidates are required to have prior experience in power and/or industrial plant projects
• Proactive learner and ability to multi-tasks
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and challenging construction site environments

Roles & Responsibilities

Work Scopes for Accounts cum HR Assistant

• To manage day to day operations of the Account & HR departments.
• To manage Accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and Accounts receivable through cash / cheque / voucher in a timely manner
• To establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• To maintain and reconcile cash / financial accounts
• GST Filing & Filing of Income Tax
• To complete and coordinate annual audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for initiating corrective actions
• To organize, compile, update and renewal of company licenses
• To manage HR functions such as payrolls, update employee benefits, employment status such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacations and days off
• Processing of Work Pass Applications / Cancellations / Transfers (Work Permit, S Pass and E Pass)
• Monthly CPF contribution and submission
• To upkeep workers training and certificate renewal
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and detail oriented
