Job Description:

· Perform failure & material analysis on component and board level using an optical microscope, cross-sectioning, deprocessing, X-ray, FTIR, and SEM/EDX techniques.

· Support electrical failure analysis (curve tracer measurement and HIPOT testing).

· Lead failure & material analysis process improvement.

· Responsible for the final consolidation of FA reports.

· Arrange FA process review with engineers and Plant.

· Work closely with engineers for equipment procurement, installations, and commissioning.
