An ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) Installation Site Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the installation of ACMV. Their duties and responsibilities are focus on ensuring the project is completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Detailed breakdown of their responsibilities shall be as below and but not limited to:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Work Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all activities related to the installation of ACMV systems, ensuring that work is carried out according to the project timeline.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure that manpower, materials, and equipment are available as per project needs and schedules.

We are looking for a team member to join CDGE and grow the B2B business for our electric vehicle.

You should feel comfortable and aspire to be a hunter to generate leads and build the sales pipeline. To succeed in this role, you must be experienced in preparing proposals and presenting to customers to secure and win deals.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales and growth of vehicle sales
• Seek new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking and social media
• Generate and convert leads to build sales pipeline
• Arrange and oversee customers’ test drive appointments, offering expert insight for vehicle features, and specifications throughout the scheduled appointments
• Prepare commercial proposals, approval paper and business case, tender for direct sales
• Prepare and submit tender for own or assigned sales lead
• Ensuring a consistently presentable showroom and vehicles at all times
• Attend to customer enquiries, inquiries, financing and complaints
• Retention and submission of documents to authority for vehicle registration

Requirements:

• At least 4 - 5 years of proven sales experience in preferably automotive B2B commercial vehicle sales
• Individuals with sales experience in engineering related fields or banking considered
• Ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth
• Experienced in taking lead to prepare proposals and presenting to customers to secure and win deals
• Experienced in handling tender project
• Driven, strong negotiation and sales closing skills
• Strong commercial acumen and sound financial grounding
• Ability to influence and build credible, trusting customer relationships
• Well versed in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Class 3/3A license preferred

Responsible for full set of accounts.
Ensure financial accounting standards comply with accounting, tax and legislative requirement.
Daily cashflow monitoring & projection,maintain and update Cashflow report weekly.
Preparation of management reports with journal, Fixed Assets and balance sheet schedules.
Prepare and submit GST to IRAS quarterly.
Assist for monthly bank reconciliation and SOA preparation.
Assist to ensure payment & cheque are processed in a timely manner.
Follow-up on customer’s billings and payment status.
Reconcile with suppliers’ Statement of Accounts
Answer incoming phone calls from creditors on payment status
Liase with Auditors and Tax Consultant for Year End Report and attend to the enquiry
Prepare Interim Payment Certificate and Backcharge.
Prepare Invoices and Debit/Credit Note.

2. SKILLS

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Together with the Site Management Team, to coordinate the site work and facilitate to complete the project on time.
• Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
• Project Management to achieve smooth project implementation and completion.
• Support Manager for Project Costing and re-engineering to increase project profit margin, preparation of monthly progress claim and expenditure budget control.
• Support Team in the Testing and Commissioning of project team and conduct training to customers after completion of project.
• Provide technical support to customers and site project team in the selection of equipment for the project.
• Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with client, M& E consultant and main or sub-contractors.
• Assist the Safety Coordinator / Safety Officer In charge of the Project Safety System planning, assessment and implementation.

Requirements:

• Related Academic Achievements in Engineering (Electrical) or Building Services
• Min. 2 years relevant experience at local construction site.
• Strong project management experience in related Electrical Installation projects (especially on turnkey and A&A works) with strong technical knowledge and site experience.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess strong leadership quality and high initiative character.
• Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project softwares
• Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress.
