Job Description:
· To make sure that PLC and SCADA system equipment are tested and commissioned in conformity with the design drawings, testing procedures, safety measures and QA/QC system.
· To manage the PLC Testing & Commissioning activities (Integration, Validation, SAT, and ITC)
· Software design, configuration, programming, testing installation, commissioning, optimization, and
maintenance of multiple PLC and STEP7 SIMATIC MANAGAER and Siemens PCS7 process control systems or
Siemens DCS systems.
· Developing of Process Logic in Ladder, Statement List and Functional Block Diagram, Continuous Function Chart
(CFC), Structured Control Language (SCL), SIEMENS- various SERIES using STEP7 SIMATIC MANAGER. Conversant with IEC 61131-3 (international standard for programmable controller programming languages).
· Knowledge working in Allen Bradley PLC1756-L56, using AB RS Logix 5000 for programming, using Kepware
OPC server (KEP Server EX).
· Knowledge in Profibus DP, Ethernet, Modbus RS485 and TCP /IP, IEC61850.
· To carry out Point-to-point test with substation electrical equipment.
· To carry out Point-to-point test with SCADA interface.
· To ensure the testing are in conformance with testing procedures.
· To management and update of the modification’s details for future as-built file.
· To prepare testing procedures & test forms.
· To record the test results in the test forms and prepare for report submission.
· Transmission of data to the QC Engineer whenever the issuances of a Corrective Action Requests.
· To attend the testing meetings relevant to his sites and participates during site visits.
· To co-ordinate activities with the Client and the external interface parties (Subsystem Work Contractors)
· Manage his team staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
· To plan the activities and to follow-up the proper progress against deadlines and manpower.
· To co-ordinate with client and consultant, on Site acceptance test and ensure that established procedures are
complied.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience in business development or sales within the power supply, railway and other electrification sector is
highly preferred
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
· Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
· Knowledge of the railway electrification industry and relevant regulatory standards.
