You will be a key technology partner to our customers in the MHA sector to thrive on developing the next breakthrough for the security of Singapore. Working closely with the Technical Lead and System Engineer, you will be part of a development team to develop, test and deploy system/network infrastructure as part of an island-wide CCTV project implementation.

• Lead, plan and drive large scale project that focus on CCTV installation and video analytics islandwide
• Coordinate internal resources and external parties/vendors for flawless execution of assigned projects
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Upfront planning to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor, implement and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Report and escalate to management when needed
• Manage relationship with customers and relevant stakeholders
• Develop spreadsheets and PowerPoint to document needs and update
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualities We Value

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage
• Proven experiences (at least 5 years) in handling large scale projects in ICIT environment and preferably in CCTV/ Video analytics related project
• Deep understanding in Agile development for software products
• Experience with project management software tools

• Assist in managing incoming leads and inquiries
• Knowledge in ACMV system
• Grow Service contract sales by planning & achieving sales objectives & sales target
• Develop new account while maintaining existing account
• Create, plan and deliver presentation on various services as well as solutions catered to customer needs
• Establish and maintain strong rapport with client
• Prepare costing and contract quote
• Prepare sales report
• Attend to customers enquires, feedbacks and complaints

• Performing the electrical wiring, termination, installation as per drawing for control panel, instruments and machine

• Project Coordination and supervision of ACMV site progress.
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors.
• Updates of site progress promptly.
