Responsibilities & Authorities

1. To responsible for customers mould related enquiries and provide technical knowhow.

2. To meet customer design engineer for detail discussion. Study the design feasibility and feedback to Sale/ Program/ customers.

3. Provide Engineering support to Sale Team on all RFQ enquiries.

4. To verify customer drawing and convert customer file into in-house format (2D) drawings.

5. Discuss with mould maker in term of skill, capability, capacity plan for the company.

6. Prepare, verify or study justification of DFM from mould maker.

7. To provide support to mould maker, follow up on mould making tracking report, and provide inquiry answer to Sale Department.

8. Work with internal & external team on all Engineering matters.

9. Submit Weekly Management Report and monthly KPI report.

10. Work closing with Chemist / material team to aid the moulding capability in order to achieve parts precision requirement.

11. Verify process justification of different products range and approve PCL for production.

12. Lead/ drive continue improvement in the company.

13. Provide technical support to production, QA and material team.

14. Develop and/or make jigs & fixture when needed.

15. Work closely with QA & project team on all customer technical requirements.

Minimum Qualification

1. Diploma in mechanical or experience in compression rubber industry.

2. Min. 5 years in Rubber experience or Molding Experience.

3. Able to work long hours and familiar with ISO requirements.

4. Knowledge in Injection molding of liquid silicone rubber (LSR), mould design and mould fabrication.

5. Good communication skill, leadership and motivation skill.

6. Possess high level of integrity, responsibility and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

•Assisting engineering teams in setting up the test equipment for engineering and production.

•Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc.

•Perform Test program correlations and reject verifications.

•Prepare Test hardware for remote testing, ability to load and do sanity check on test program.

•Ability to work in Bench characterization area, which uses Labview and RF equipment like Spectrum analyser, network analyser etc.

•Carry out characterization or sample screening based on internal team request.

Requirements

•Diploma in Electronic / Electrical /Mechatronic/IT/Biochemical/Mechanical/computer/Architecture Engineering

Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electronics/Electrical Mechatronic/IT/Biochemical/Mechanical/computer/Architecture

•Able to work rotating 12hrs shift

•Hands on experience with Handlers, Probers, thermo stream testing equipment or bench test equipment preferred, also Entry Level / Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply

•Experience in working at production/engineering semiconductor test facilities

•Ability to use Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint

Plan, co-ordinates & implements overall site works with main-con & other related trades to carry out work safely.

Identify and resolves all problems that arises on site;

Assist PM & Site Mgr to organize & deploy resource/material for project, attend site matters & complains related to project sites;

Prepare & submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval;

Co-ordinate with main-con & solve technical problems;

Prepare & attend RTO inspection, attend site meeting, monitor & supervise site works and liaise with consultants etc.

Minimum 3 years Local Experience in Construction Industry;

Diploma/Degree in Electrical related field;

HDB project prefer.
