Job Description

Develop a methodology to prepare data according to physical constraints, and to adjust physical models to real situations captured by data. The idea will be to combining imperfect data from models, from observations distributed in time and space, exploiting any relevant physical constraints, to produce a more accurate and comprehensive picture of the system as it evolves in time.

State estimation methods of electrical distribution system, especially micro-grids with RES generation and EV charging will be considered. Physical models as well as AI models will be developed based on an existing micro-grid in Singapore from our partner EDF Lab Singapore.

• Ensure that employee records are up to date and regularly maintained in the databases.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc HR projects / events when assigned.
• Full spectrum of employees and Foreign Workers Administration which includes work pass application/termination/Security Bond purchase, arrangement accommodation
• Assist with training & development (e.g. sourcing of courses, course registration, update of training records etc.)
• Assist in payroll processing leave management & CPF submission.

Project Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project management of all works at site from conception to completion
• Liase with clients, operators & management to realize all project objectives and meet contractual conditions of performance
• Attended SWC and subcontractor coordination meeting to resolve outstanding issues
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to ensure compliance with schedules and quality requirements, authorities regulations
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks

Preparation

• Method statement and presentation to Clients/SBST/LTA/SMRT.
• Detailed installation program, Risk Assessment, documents and as-built drawings.
• Sub contractor scope of work and tender document.
• Monthly & weekly progress monitoring reports for submission to the management & client.

Relevant installation knowledge

• Intake transformers, services transformers, rectifier transformer, inverter transformer, GIS (SF6) switchgear, bus ducts, DC panels, distribution boards, ITB interface panels ,batteries & battery chargers.
• 22kV HV cable, termination & testing of HV & control cables including installation of associated conduits, cable trays, Viaduct cable bracket and ladders.
• Fire stops at the stations.
• HV cable joint and conduct hi pot test for the HV cables.
• Conduct contact resistance tests of bus bars and SF6 dew point tests of GIS panels.
• Working experiences in LTA/MRT projects & in railway electrical cable systems are highly welcome

• Experience as an administrator or relevant role
• Good command of English
• Familiar with office management procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, word processing and office management software (etc.)
• Data entry
• Performing general office duties using Excel
• Any other Ad-Hoc duties
• Willing to work in Jurong Island
• Transport allowance of $300 provided
