• Monitoring progress / reporting and arrange for delivery.

• GCE 'A' Level, Diploma and above
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Very creative and skilful in Power Point
• Good organisation skill
• Good analyzing information and verbal communication skills

• Involved in Housing & Development Board (HDB) projects eg:

-Rainwater harvesting initiatives for HDB

-Renovation and improvement works for HDB Hub toilets

-Upgrades and enhancements for multi-storey carpark facilities under HDB jurisdiction

• Liaised with residents, overseeing daily repair routines among workers.

• Clarified Repair Method Statements for residents, maintaining accurate records and adhering to Client’s specifications.

• Addressed resident feedback and complaints, reporting outcomes to the manager.
