Requirements

Job Description:

• Develop & implement Project Quality Plan, all QA/QC inspection and testing, as required by contract specifications and by regulatory requirements;
• Lead and manage the QA/QC team in the various disciplines including but not limited to qualified welding and fabrication inspection.

Job Description

· Set out tertiary control points on site set out by Registered Surveyor

· Ensure the road design parameters and statutory ser back requirement of any work area are complied with requirements.

· To check and set out the correct alignment for the reinstatement works making sure that no contentious issues regarding encroachment shall arise

· To coordinate with LTA and adjacent contractors to ensure that survey controls and alignment match between contracts

· To produce survey drawings and maintaining records of all survey results

· Control all survey instruments and ensure that the instruments are calibrated regularly and maintain all EDM calibration records. Such calibrations are to be carried out at LTA’s designated calibration base

· Working location nearby Boon Lay MRT.

Requirements

· Possess a Diploma in Land Surveying

· Minimum 8 years of working experience and a registered Resident Surveyor with Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV)

· Experience in LTA project, or similar scale, complexity and nature of work will be advantages

Job Description:

· Your primary role is to assist the Project Manager & Construction Manager in the planning and day to day execution of projects

· Liaise with sub-contractor, consultants and client-reps for the execution of works

· Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule.

· Updating of project records for reporting purposes and submission of reports

· Attend site meetings and resolve technical/operational issues independently

· Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager related to project execution

· Prepare construction methods, identifying risks and form up strategies and alternative methodologies to mitigate risks.

· Preparing method statement for construction works including RA and SWP.

· Preparation of RFI for site inspection for construction, MPI test, welding works and post concrete works

· Ensuring that health, safety, environmental policies, and legislations are adhered to.

· Preparing the necessary site reports and other documentation work.

· Coordination with Construction team/ Design Consultant/PE/construction subcontractor, etc. for Detail Design Development.

· Carry out detailed analysis and design of civil, structural, and geotechnical works.

· Prepare design calculation reports and structural drawings for authorities' submissions.

· Planning relevant temporary civil structure, plan & section required for the Traffic diversion, such as Drain diversion, Retaining wall, shop drawing development.

· Review and planning for ERSS system for Underground structure using Diaphragm wall such as KP, Decking, Strutting, decking, etc.

· Check/Rectification of all the structural drawing/ shop drawing if required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree of Civil Engineering or other related field.

· Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), , construction sequencing and project schedule requirement.

· Minimum 6 years of civil engineering experience or 2years in a similar role（Senior Engineer）

· Good acknowledge in CAD

· Class 3 driving license

· Familiar with road work construction field

· Be well-aware of Traffic Diversion, Temp. Drain Diversion, and authority approval procedure.

· Be well-aware of Underground Structure/Construction Sequences and related civil design works.
