The Production Services Specialist will provide frontline application production support for Bank of America’s Regional Banking Applications in APAC. Requirements

• Min Vocational certification or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• Min 3 years’ experience as an installer or plastering applicator for drywall or relevant plastering trade
• Willing to travel based on project sites assigned
• Knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. AutoCAD skills will be an advantage.
• With Class 3 license
• Candidate with own transport will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Conduct project site inspections.
• Liaise with customers on the fire certification applications
• Provide professional technical support in accordance with company guidelines and the standard template.
• Provide technical on-site training and trade demo to contractors.
• Liaise with Certification Body on the annual product sampling surveillance process

• Conduct hull/block inspections to ensure welding quality and fabrication on-site are as per the latest drawings.
• Upon completion, check the thickness, quality, and type of paint according to specifications.
• Trace pipeline routes onboard to verify correct installation and materials.
• Verify equipment installation methods and positions, ensuring final alignment and torque/tie down per specification requirements.
• Witness quality tests such as MPI, dye penetration tests, crack tests, x-rays, air tests, etc.
• Monitor project progress and collaborate closely with shipyard project managers, engineers, and surveyors on-site to maintain schedules.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the yard and relevant personnel.
• Attend project, department, and other relevant meetings.
• Check and verify the site progress report weekly before submitting it to the client.
• Follow up on engineering/technical issues related to projects, including class comments, drawing receipts from designers, technical agreements, procurement status, and delivery.
• Oversee the entire vessel commissioning process, including the inclining test, yard trial, sea trial, etc.
• Handover the vessel to the client upon satisfactory performance.

• Develop automation/performance scripts that meet organization standards and build reliable automated regression suites
• Design and develop test plans, test cases based upon functional and design specifications, execute test cases and analyze and report test results to the teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 -7 years of experience in software testing and developing automated scripts with understanding of coding and debugging procedures
• Experience in programming using Python/Java or other languages
• Experience in design and development of automated tests using automation tools (e.g. Python, Selenium, etc.) with exposure in testing across the application layers (UI/Service/Data layers)
• Experience in advising team to identify automatable test cases at different layers (UI, Services and Data layer tests). Ability to working with developers to build automation/performance friendly code is a plus.
• Experience in basic SQL/PL-SQL, writing queries and RDBMS
• Understanding of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices and experience in Safe Agile methodology is a plus
• Knowledge of testing in CI, DevOps, rolling deployment/upgrade model is a plus
• Knowledge of developing Test Plans and Test Cases, engage in Exploratory Testing, creating and maintaining Defect Reports
• Exposure to performance testing tools like HP LoadRunner/Performance Center/Storm Runner, JMeter is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear, concise and detailed documentation
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
