Job Description:
Tecson Engineering is seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal and Admin Assistant. In this multifaceted role, you'll spearhead administrative initiatives while providing indispensable support across various departments including HR, Finance, and project-related endeavors. With an emphasis on on-site collaboration, you'll have the opportunity to accompany our directors to job sites, enriching your experience.
Responsibilities (inclusive but not limited to):
- Administrative Excellence: Efficiently manage administrative duties encompassing appointment scheduling, file maintenance, correspondence handling, and meeting coordination.
Uphold confidentiality protocols, ensuring the secure handling of sensitive information.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, harnessing technology for streamlined workflows.
- Departmental Support: Collaborate with HR personnel in recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, Payroll, and fostering positive employee relations.
Assist the Finance department in tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing, and budget management, contributing to fiscal prudence.
Facilitate project-related activities, aiding in documentation, data entry, and schedule coordination to ensure project success.
- Proactive Engagement: Embrace ad hoc responsibilities including scheduling meetings, liaising for events, and updating social media accounts and website content, amplifying our online presence. You might be required to take up courses sent by Tecson Engineering and also you will be required to accompany our directors on visits to contruction job sites if necessary.
Exhibit punctuality and reliability in completing assigned tasks promptly, demonstrating a commitment to organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
- Singaporean/PR Only
- Experience or knowledge in HR (Payroll, Work Permit matters, IR8A, CPF etc..) and/or Accounting (Balance Sheet and P&L preparation, GST Submission etc..) is a plus.
- Exemplary organisational and time management skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships across departments.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting seamlessly to evolving priorities.
- Enthusiastic and proactive demeanor, displaying eagerness to learn and assume new responsibilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or relevant fields.
